To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase of the product from the LabScape Store.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the returned product is not eligible for a refund, upon your request and against prepayment of the transport cost, we will return it to you.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a confirmed refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Discounted products; Only regularly priced, non-discounted products may be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your product. These are non-reimbursable. If you are eligible fora refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If you are shipping a product with a value of more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
